Our Process
A Simple Supportive Path to the Right Care
Families seeking care for a loved one have many important decisions to make, and choosing the right support can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a complimentary, no‑obligation Care Consultation — a thoughtful conversation designed to help you understand your options and determine what type of assistance will best support your family’s needs.
We provide this service because we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to age safely, comfortably, and with dignity at home. Whether you choose Haven of Heart Homecare or another path, our Care Consultation gives you valuable insight as you navigate your loved one’s preferences, challenges, and goals.
Understand Your Loved One’s Needs
We begin with a thoughtful conversation to learn about daily routines, strengths, and areas where additional support could enhance comfort, safety, and independence at home.
Evaluate Daily Living & Home Safety
We review key Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility — and conduct a brief home safety check to identify any risks or barriers in the living environment.
Explore Support Options
Using what we’ve learned, we outline meaningful opportunities for non‑medical assistance, including personal care, companionship, and household support tailored to your loved one’s unique needs.
Receive Personalized Care Recommendations
We conclude by sharing clear, customized recommendations and discussing care options that best align with your loved one’s preferences, goals, and overall well‑being.
